FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to sell tickets on GrandPass?

There are no setup fees and no contracts. A simple booking fee applies per ticket sold, and free events are free to run. You keep your ticket price, less that fee and any refunds.

When do I get paid?

Your proceeds, less fees and any refunds, are paid out 48 hours after your event ends. You can track what is owed and what has been paid in your reports at any time.

How do guests receive their tickets?

Instantly. After paying by card, guests get a mobile e-ticket with a QR code in their account, a PDF ticket by email, and the option to add it to Apple or Google Wallet.

Can I sell different ticket types and let guests choose a table?

Yes. Add standard, VIP and family tickets, design your room, and guests pick the exact table and seats they want from a live floor plan.

What payment methods are accepted?

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Every order gets a clear receipt by email.

Do guests need to print their tickets?

No. The QR code on their phone is scanned at the door. A printable PDF is also attached to their confirmation email if they prefer paper.

Can a ticket be transferred to someone else?

Yes. Guests can transfer a ticket to a friend in seconds from their ticket page, and the new holder gets their own QR.

How does check-in work on the day?

Scan tickets from any phone. Arrivals, walk-ins and table occupancy update live, and family tickets let you admit adults and children separately.

Can I offer refunds?

Yes. You can refund an order in full or in part from your bookings. Refunds go back to the guest's original card automatically, and their ticket is released.
