Buying tickets
When you buy a ticket on GrandPass you are entering into a contract with the event organiser, who is the seller. GrandPass processes the payment on the organiser's behalf and issues your ticket.
Booking fee
A booking fee may be added at checkout. The booking fee covers the cost of running the platform and is shown before you pay.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the organiser. Please read the Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
