About GrandPass
GrandPass is an event discovery and ticketing platform operated by Forge9x Ltd. Events are listed and run by independent organisers. GrandPass provides the technology to list events, sell tickets and check guests in.
The organiser is responsible for the event
Each event is the responsibility of its organiser, including the running of the event, any changes, cancellations and refunds. GrandPass is not the organiser and is not responsible for the event or for refunds.
Your tickets
Tickets are personal to you and are held in your GrandPass account. You may transfer a ticket to another person through the platform. Tickets are scanned at the door and can only be scanned on the day of the event.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are handled by the organiser. You must request a refund from the organiser at least 48 hours before the event if you cannot attend. Any dispute must be raised with the organiser. See the Refund Policy for details.
